Together we will prepare fërgese - a hearty dish of peppers, tomatoes and creamy fresh cheese, traditionally served in clay dishes. Afterwards, we will devote ourselves to a real highlight of Albanian dessert culture: trileçe, a succulent cake made from three types of milk with a caramelized crust that melts in the mouth. The evening is rounded off with creative raki-based cocktails - we show you how to reinterpret the Albanian grape brandy and enjoy it in exciting drinks.
